Alderman Dr Sir Andrew Parmley

Alderman Dr Sir Andrew Parmley has been a great friend of the Coachmakers for many years and the Court was delighted that he accepted its recent invitation to join the Company as a Honorary Liveryman. Sir Andrew is a musician and educationalist by profession and is originally from Blackpool. He has worked around the City of London for many years and served as Lord Mayor in 2016/17. He is currently Master Vintner and is married to Lady Wendy who this year is also the Master Information Technologist. Having said all that, many Coachmakers will perhaps know Sir Andrew best for his organ playing skills at St James Garlickhythe in support of our annual carol service.
