The presentation of the fifth Simon Diffey Heritage Motorsport Apprentice Award – ‘Diff’s Award’ – was a splendid affair held on Sunday 20th September at the Tyrrell Shed during the Goodwood Revival, where fellow Coachmakers, Liverymen John and Janice Pitchforth were showcasing their business, Heritage Skills Academy – a recipient of Coachmakers’ charitable funds.

Arthur Fletcher was the award winner this year, a 19 year-old HSA apprentice working for Woolmer Classic Engineering. His trophy was presented by fellow Coachmaker and Chairman of the Royal Automobile Club, Liveryman Duncan Wiltshire. Arthur will have his first taste of racing this November.
