Master‘s message January 2025

I do hope that this message finds all Coachmakers hale and hearty and surviving the winter, which is now two-thirds over!

Our recent Winter Court meeting on 23rd January followed by the Masters’ & Clerks’ lunch was an enormous success and a full house, you can read about the proceedings in detail in this edition.

I am especially pleased by the admission of so many high calibre and worthy candidates to our Company. The ensuing lunch was a splendid opportunity to enjoy fellowship with so many other companies that we have ties with, I have received a flurry of warm messages of thanks for an excellent occasion.

The Court-supported decision to move the 2025 banquet to Mansion House is also an exciting development which will allow us to invite our guests to this very special venue, and to maximise our fundraising endeavours on the evening.

United Guilds’ Service & Lunch

Elsewhere in this Coachlines edition you can read in detail about the annual United Guilds Service at St Paul’s on 28th March 2025. As Master I am looking forward to seeing as many Coachmakers as possible at the Cathedral and or at the ensuing combined lunch at Tallow Chandlers’ Hall.
