The Master and Mistress would love you to join them for a fantastic day in their beloved Cotswolds ending with a drinks reception, dinner and a night of luxury at the Relais & Chateaux Mallory Court Country House Hotel and Spa.
You’ll arrive at the hotel where you will abandon your car and step aboard the magical mystery bus tour. Well not such a mystery… We’ll be visiting the historic Hook Norton Brewery in the morning and we’ll be given a masterclass in brewing. It’s set in beautiful old buildings and is the only surviving vertical brewery in the world. Whilst there, we will be served a light lunch.
All aboard and off to the Cotswold Distillery for another masterclass and a different view of the Cotswolds. This is a ‘boutique’ distillery which is making waves in the industry by producing malt whisky, gin, absinthe and liqueurs. Back on the bus and a pit stop at the Master and Mistress’s home for a refreshing cup of tea where the Master might be persuaded to let us have a look at one or two of his interesting old cars.
The bus will then take us back to the hotel where we will have plenty of time to relax and dress for dinner. The owner of the hotel is hosting a drinks reception for us before we sit down to dinner.
This excursion is open to Liverymen and their wives, husbands or partners.
