You are invited to the British Driving Society’s Annual Show, the largest carriage driving show in the country, which will take place on Smith’s Lawn in the wonderful surroundings of Windsor Great Park.
As in prior years, we have secured prime ring-side parking spaces for this prestigious event. Please bring your own picnic and liquid refreshments and enjoy a fabulous day watching magnificent coaches, carriages and horses parading in the main ring. There are a variety of classes, ranging from the highly contested novice horse/pony, exercise and pleasure driving classes, to trade, Hackney and cobs in wagons, donkeys and mules and our young drivers of the future.
The Coachmakers’ Driving Award 2026 will be presented during the day and the event will end with the spectacular concours d’elegance drive around the private estate of Windsor Great Park, with turnouts meeting in the ring before departing. It is not to be missed.
Last year the general prizes were presented by the Duke of Edinburgh (so keep your eyes open for some VIPs).
Don’t forget your table and chairs for added comfort and let’s hope the sun shines.
The entrance fee is only £75 per car, regardless of the number of occupants – an ideal opportunity to exercise your favourite classic car.
Start time: from 10.30am
Prize giving: 17.00
