The Coachmakers’ Banquet 2023

Preparations are now being made apace for the Coachmakers’ Banquet which will be held at the Guildhall in London on Tuesday 6th June 2023. The theme this year will be: British Success during 100 years of the Le Mans 24 Hour Race as the 2023 edition of the race in its Centenary years starts four days later.

The Principal Guest will be Derek Bell MBE, five times a winner of the Le Mans 24 Hours Race and the most successful British driver competing at Le Sarthe to date.

Past Le Mans winners also due to attend include: Mark Blundell, Guy Smith, Andy Wallace, David Brabham, Derek Warwick and Richard Attwood with others hoping to join them. Britons have been winning at Le Mans since the third ever race in 1925.

We shall also be joined by the Rt Hon. The Lord Mayor and Lady Mayoress, in company with the two Sheriffs and their Consorts.

The Coachmakers’ Banquet is now widely known to be one of the best events of its kind to be held in the City of London.
