Success for Coachmaker apprentice

We have kept in touch with, and supported where possible, Stephen Gomm, apprentice at Xtrac, for some time. Now he has come to the end of his apprenticeship.

The picture shows him receiving his certificates from Xtrac CEO Adrian Moore in January this year.

Stephen writes: “Work continues to go well and is busy as I gain more and more experience in gear cutting. College is also going well; I am in my final year of my HNC and hope to start my HND next year. I am slowly working through the modules on the Business Writing Academy (membership gifted to Stephen by a Coachmaker) which I am finding really interesting and useful.”

Stephen’s final review concludes: “Stephen has come such a long way throughout his apprenticeship. He has matured into a very good team player. In some parts of his journey Stephen encountered great difficulties; he has listened to advice and has turned this into a very good apprenticeship. It has been a pleasure to share the journey with you and we wish you every success in your career. A massive ‘Well Done’.”
