Quicksilver is unveiled

Banquet guests await the unveiling of Quicksilver

Guests at the Annual Banquet 2019 were privileged to witness the unveiling of a very special mail coach which has been painstakingly restored by Liveryman and Court Steward Mark Broadbent and his team at Fenix Carriages.

The Quicksilver is an icon which represents an essential part of our history as Coachmakers. In unveiling the mail coach, Mark said: “I want to thank Portia Kennaway, for not only giving me the most exciting undertaking of my career, but more importantly for her part in saving this most historical vehicle, and so making sure that you can all appreciate the last surviving Vidler mail coach in our country.”
