8. Timescales
Flying training is time consuming and it may take years to gain your licence. How does this fit with your personal situation, ambitions and finances?*

9. Contribution
Most flying training organisations in the UK rely on the group members assisting with varied tasks. You may be expected to participate with other members in helping care for the aircraft, provide ground support, look after buildings etc. How would you expect to contribute to the organisation and the general aviation environment as a whole?*

12. Medical
Do you have any medical conditions which may be required to be taken into consideration when undertaking flying lessons, require special provision or limit your ability to hold a CAA Class 2 medical certificate?*
