Engagement increases on LinkedIn
We shared with you back in February and again in May our intent to utilise LinkedIn more actively to support us to achieve three important outcomes:
• Expand our business connections
• Promote our charitable activities to a wider audience
• Report on the general work and events of the company
We are delighted to report a continued positive trend in our engagement metrics. In the past 30 days alone, we have seen:
• 122 unique visitors to our LinkedIn page which is a 159% increase on the prior 30-day period
• 28 clicks through to our main website, up 459% on the previous period
• Our posts have been seen by 6,800 people, an increase of 426% on the previous period
• And we have increased our total followers to 247 people which is a 68% increase from the start of 2021.
And whilst these statistics are cause for celebration, we’d like to see these improve further in 2022. So, if you haven’t already then, we would again encourage those that are not already users to sign up at www.linkedin.com and follow the steps below. Here is a short video that provides a simple guide on how to sign up for LinkedIn & fill in your profile.
• Step 1: ‘Follow’ our LinkedIn Group – The Worshipful Company of Coachmakers and Coach Harness Makers
• Step 2: Update your profile to reference your involvement in The Worshipful Company of Coachmakers and Coach Harness Makers (e.g. under experience or volunteer experience)
• Step 3: Connect with other Coachmakers and start ‘liking’, sharing and commenting on content.
Additionally, we would like to increase our activity further so if you are interested in supporting our drive to push more content out through LinkedIn or if you have any questions, please contact the Comms Committee mailbox Comms@coachmakers.co.uk
