Cutlers take Prince Arthur Cup 2023

42 Livery golf teams fought a closely-matched golf competition in mid-May over 36 holes of the wonderful championship courses at Walton Heath Golf Club – home of the 1981 Ryder Cup and the venue for the 2023 AIG Women’s Open later in the year.

The Coachmakers’ team of Captain Graeme Hunt, Mark Shanley, Martin Derrick and David McDougall put in a creditable top-10 performance but in the end it was the Cutlers who lifted the magnificent Prince Arthur Trophy. Many congratulations to them and to all competitors in this most prestigious event which the Coachmakers hosts.

Thanks are due to the Master Julian Leach for presenting the prizes; and most especially to the Prince Arthur Secretary Richard Wormall, who is stepping down after many years of sterling service in organising the event on our behalf.
